Ethyl is a woman who is over sixty, born and raised in Tishomingo County, MS. Although she has since left her home town and it's Southern ways, it has by no means left her. Her column will be a series of observations and accounts of the goings on in her life.

Ethyl says about work place negative talk
In order to slop the hogs, you do have to show up at the hog pen, but in order to feed them, you don't have to get in the pen with them.
